Right of Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us at [company name, address, email] of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

The right of withdrawal expires for a contract for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if the trader has begun performing the contract after the consumer has expressly agreed that the trader begin performing the contract before the end of the withdrawal period, and has acknowledged that they will lose their right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed.

By completing your order and downloading the software, you expressly agree that the download is made available before the end of the withdrawal period. You acknowledge that you forfeit your right of withdrawal upon accessing the download.
