License Terms
License terms for SPChat: Detailed information on domain licensing, software updates, support periods, and commercial or private usage rights.

1. Licensor
STREAMPANEL, [full company address] (hereinafter “Licensor”), grants the purchaser (hereinafter “Licensee”) the right to use the SPChat software under these terms.
2. License Scope
The license is:
- Domain-bound: The license applies exclusively to the domain specified at purchase. Domain changes are free of charge via the STREAMPANEL customer center.
- Single-site: The license permits operation of one SPChat instance under the licensed domain.
- Non-transferable: The license may not be transferred, resold, rented, or sublicensed to third parties.
- Non-exclusive: The Licensor may license the software to other parties.
3. Permitted Use
The Licensee may:
- Install and operate SPChat on their own web server
- Make necessary configuration adjustments
- Add custom CSS and JavaScript via the admin panel
- Create backups of the installation
4. Prohibited Use
The Licensee may not:
- Decompile, disassemble, or otherwise reverse-engineer the source code, except as permitted by mandatory law
- Remove license or copyright notices from the source code
- Use the software as a basis for a competing product
- Operate the software without a valid license
5. Updates
Updates are provided as downloads in the STREAMPANEL customer center. The Licensee is entitled to download and apply updates while a valid license is in place.
6. Term and Termination
For download licenses, the right of use is unlimited in time, but update access is limited to the agreed update period. For hosted plans (subscriptions), the license is valid for the duration of the booked package.
SPCast customers receive the license free of charge as part of an active web radio package. The license ends with the web radio package.
7. Copyright
All rights to the source code, design, and documentation of SPChat belong to the Licensor. The Licensee acquires no ownership of the software, only a right of use within the described scope.
